Description
My half for an art trade with qatsby.deviantart.com/Her Rainbow Dash next gen Retro Dash, who in this picture is getting help flying from Ophelia, from her magic.
He only ended up growing downy feathers, so he can't fly and needs the help of magic to take flight.
I also based Ophelia's magic aura off of her eye color.
