Wonderfully dark and magnificent! Phobos needs more artwork out there! He needs more attention!
I really love this style and the dark and kind of misty background. Plus I am really glad to see you made him anime-style and not comic style.
I prefer him how he is in the anime than he was in the comics... He looks arrogant and royal as he is standing there and the royal red of his cape is adding more to his appearance but also I think it could symbolize the blood of this people who suffered under him!
