This was a really quick tutorial done in like 24 minutes xDUse shipainter pro. Plus there's no stupid category for oekaki tutorials x_x
so um...ignore the last picture, it's the same thing as number 8.
And since I had no idea how to operate the text tool on the oekaki, I used photoshop to put in text xDDD
Yeah. If you use this, I wanna see your result :3 xDDD

the oekaki that i use doesnt let me put it at an opacity
if i had to do hair like that, i'd have like
309802938502938502985 layers just for the hair. x_x;;;

b) to set the opacity, make the A-# lower (color window) xDDD
