also drink more water. But yeah, lots of different seeds like sunflower and sesame and flax, brazil nuts , peanut butter, rice, wheat and oats are top for magnesium. Dried herbs, squash, pumpkin and watermelon seeds, roasted or not. Sorry, D got carried away!
