Well that'd be a interesting thing. I can kinda see the Doctor's anti-violence methods showing Ben how to defeat Vilgax without resorting to the Omnitrix or violence.

I dunno. I see the 12th Doctor not allowing Ben to use the Omnitrix and Twelve just makes Vilgax orΒ whoever's a big threat cower in fear with a big speech.
I could even see TWelve berating Ben for using the Omnitrix like a weapon rather than a tool for science.
