Ok, Here's one of the two bonus Robot Masters. And it's Time Man who is exclusive to the PSP game Mega Man Powered up. He was created by Dr. Light for time traveling, but he isn't complete yet. He seems a bit cold, but I still like him regardless.
Edit: I decided to change his number to 00A based on the Archie comic series.
