This is a more somber idea for regarding her fanfic Project Zero. During the hopeless struggle of the remaining Rock Force members against Zero, Puppet Roll and Guardian Mega Man, all of the Rock Force Members sustained horrible injuries, but it's Torch Man himself who suffered the most. After being severely weakened by Zero who threw a huge bucket of water on him, The unfortunate Robot Master ends up getting stabbed in his stomach by Puppet Roll's sword beam before being completely frozen in all but his face by Guardian Mega Man's Tundra Storm and finally finishing him off by using Metal Man's Metal Blade to fatally cut up Torch Man's face, killing him instantly and spraying a whole bunch of robot blood everywhere, some of it splattering all over Guardian Mega Man, Puppet Roll and Zero whom the 3 looked on sadisticily.

For those who want to know, Torch Man's facial fatality is based on what happened to Metal Man during the Mega Man Archie Comic Series when Mega Man slowly fell under the influence of the Virus Dr. Wily deviced up. However, unlike the Archie Comic case, Torch Man's fate isn't so lucky to have the death be offscreen and is only barely obscured by the red background and black shadows like the Lethality skill from the Fire Emblem games or Joker's all out attack in Persona 5 and Super Smash Bros Ultimate.

And yes. This is also what happens in The Dark Prince too.
