Here's a scene I thought up of for 's Project Zero story.

In here, after taking Puppet Roll back to where Dr. Lyle is, Everyone, especially Mega Man is trying their hardest to break Roll out of Zero's hypnosis, but Puppet Roll who's getting closer to becoming permanently hypnotized is not having any of this. She won't even speak to her brother Mega Man out of being angry that he's freed from Zero and Wily's control due to Gear's interference.

It looks like not even Mega Man telling Roll how much he cares for her as his brother is enough to free Roll out of the spell. But there must be a way to break the spell over Roll.....
