This is an art gift for my friend I drew for her a pic based on chapter one of her fanfic Project Zero where Dr. Wily has at long last created his final and greatest Project: Zero. The mad doctor, completely happy with his work is now about to activate his greatest creation. I hope you love this buddy.

It’s been almost a year since Dr. Albert Wily tried and failed to take control of the world by means of enhancing Robot Masters with the Double Gear System he’d developed back in his university days, and he’s been stewing almost nonstop since then- plus, the fact he needed to be hospitalized right after the Roboenza outbreak a few months before THAT has made him keenly aware of his own mortality. Not fully sure of how much longer he has to live, Wily has decided that this will be his last world-conquest attempt, but it will be his most ambitious plan yet- the first step is to activate his last and greatest creation, which is now lying dormant in a capsule deep in a hidden laboratory situated in the middle of a harsh desert.
