Ok, I have now managed to create Undertale, Underfell and Underswap Alphys too. ^^ This project has been becoming so much fun for me to do. However, I wonder what I should do next? Make the 3 Toriels or the 3 Mettatons for the next Undertale, fell and swap comparison? As usual, here are the headcanons. ^^

Underfell headcanon: Underfell Alphys is like the mad scientist of the Underground. She is more confident and evil then her Undertale counterpart. (although she does occionally spudder.) She tends to treat Underfell Mettaton with massive abuse and retooled him as a a killing machine out of force. Oh, and the Algamites? She takes little to no pity to what her determination experiments has lead to and merely laughs off their resulting misery. (Although she can come to regret her actions if the player were to stick with the true Pasifict route.) She is so insane around here that only a few people dare to be her friend like Underfell Undyne for example.

Underswap headcanon: Underswap Alphys is very much like Undertale Undyne where she is passionate about everything that she does. She acts quickly on her ideas and is steadfast in her beliefs.[2] Though she wants to defeat the protagonist, she also tries to be fair and offers an explanation of how Green Mode works. Underswap Toriel taught her the value of pacifism,[3] which is why Undyne sees the protagonist as "a wimpy loser with a big heart." When the protagonist first encounters her, she fights to further US!Toriel's plan of collecting seven human SOULs but, if the protagonist shows mercy, Undyne just as quickly defends them from Toriel.
She loves to help others and mentors Shyren and Underswap Sansin various skills. US!Alphys dislikes puzzles, loves japes,[4] and enjoys anime, an affinity she shares with her romantic interest, Underswap Undyne Since US!Undyne told US!Alphys that anime is actually human history, Underswap Alphys regards human history as exciting and cool.[5]
Out of all encountered monsters, US!Alphyspossesses the most Determination. She melts before her death, implying that her body cannot handle the amount of Determination she has.

I can't seem to think what might be a good difference between US!Alphys and UT!Undyne might be. Maybe you can help me with some suggestions?
