the metal sonic enforcer series... background put for fun, it means nothing.experimenting nu stuff i learned, metal sonic with R4F's enforcer design...
and uhh R4F at the bottom. meh today was a bad day to be lazy.
I feel like redesigning rachet now.. so I might do that after I do ~SteeleIndustries 's request

ahem, rain is done by drawing lines. then applying a bevel on it.Changing the multiply of the shadow of the bevel to overlay. then changing the fill of the layer to 0%
then you flatten it, and maybe add a reflection and motion blur if you want to. but the first part is how you get the look of it. Just play around and u'll get it

Also here's something u might wanna know, R4F is an failed experimental enforcer clone from contaminated sonic DNA

Wow, I've always been drawing R4F and have never known his background 'till now :0
most of eMS's designs are based off the e4 series, also got some ideas from the uncanny x-men. This is actually a 2-part drawing mengz. The other part has sonic ripping the wires of these wild beasts, I might scan that later and use the rain advice :0

Dude, sick work. You need to work on the glow a little bit, especially from a larger light source, like RAF's glasses. But overall, sick shit.

Yeah, still werking on gloes and uh the rain.. I just went and looked for sum tutorials lol You have to add some noise and addm otion blur and whatnot... the rain sucks though. I wunna learn how R4F does his rain.
