I had lots of fun doing this one! I haven't done cel shading in a while. I figured that I had done mega, and proto so now their rival......BASS/FORTE!!I wanted to do him in his powered up form from Megaman & Bass (Rockman & Forte) because I have never seen other pictures of him. I used a reference from the Rockman Artbook I got, but tried to make it look more like the pixel art from the game. (for some reason the designs differ...go figure) Not to mention I wanted him Chibi like the others in powered up style. :3
