The fourth & final girl in my cybergoth lineup is the villainous Himiko Toga. I think the aesthetic fits her really well, & I've even seen some cosplays that dress her up in punk/gothic clothing. Before I drew this, I thought to myself, "We've done purple, green, & blue...who could be red?" And I couldn't think of a more fitting one to include than the bloodthirsty Toga. Unlike the previous three girls, I didn't give Toga a gas mask since the mask she wears with her normal supervillain outfit already looked fitting enough to complete the look. I also included some pocket-watches that include the initials of those who Toga loves (which is bad for them since if she loves you, that means she wants you dead).
