Darth Nihilus is possibly the scariest character I can think of from Star Wars. He's so powerful that he can destroy entire planets just with the Force.
He should be recognized more often. He views death the only purpose in life, & power is the means to achieve it. He's dark, scary, & mysterious; a perfect addition to the Sith Order (even if he doesn't care for it much).
