Really easy, free, and VERY good. Except on avatar sized images and anything of the like... Then it looses the quality of the image like anyother program. Otherwise though, it's REALLY good.

ACtually, if you use that program, it get's the size down DAMN nice.
You should try it, experiment and see about it. It's free and REALLY small.

why would a person need an additional program to convert their images. If Ejay just pulls his image in photoshop he can save it in any format he chooses.

Yes but the compression isn't as good, and the quality goes down the drain if get's compressed any more.
