May you tell me how I can get a clear picture like yours?
I mean, without thhe white/colored background you'd usually see for bases.
I have only Paint, does it work on there with the ' technique ' for it?

well actually I use for transparent background PhotoShop. It's very easy to save in there that kind of staff.
But I think you can try to download GIMP [link] it's free for use.
I tried to google is it possible to make that trick in MS Paint, but didn't find nothing.
I hope that will help you some way.
