Execution name: liar liar staci’s brain is on the fryer

Staci tied into an electric chair with a lie-detector. She's asked through a series of questions about her true family history and if he answers them truth/honestly, he will live. But when he lies the lie-detector catches it which triggers the electric chair. Every question Staci was given she failed time and time again to tell the truth until the electricity fried her brain and dies from the shock.
