This is Sally's newest and final hero persona and the evolutionized version of her Felicia mode. In this state, Red Velvet contains all the traits of Felicia herself only that much more heightened and sharper than ever before. She most likely be more powerful as Felicia herself. But besides all that the powers she has is based on a red energy that is from the tiger Spirit within her for which is the prime source of her amazing power. As for her personality, Red Velvet tends to get a little flirty at times with her enemies especially strong opponents. Beneath all that, she's kind, gentle and very serious at times also very hyperenergetic up to the the point that she never runs out of energy. And sometimes she even acts like a cat over to the point that she eats tuna fish from a can. As for her skills, she has both feline and jiu-jitsu type of style plus she uses a similar version of Sonic's spin dash to give an edge onto her opponents which send them flying. Even she can also run very fast with so much velocity the point she can even keep up with both The Flash and Sonic's top speed.. As for her power, she's her tremendous strength and her power is pretty much greater than Tsunade's for which she used that energy to break every single bone of her opponent's body. Her weapons on the other hand are her claws for which she uses them to shred and tear any enemy apart. And finally, Red Velvet sometimes sticks around on rooftops at both night and day it's the way she patrols around the city and everything that she sees. For Sonic, he like this persona Sally and they both work together to protect for the ones they love and the city as well.
