This is Sally's true Sailor form, Sailor Plasma. In this newly-developed Sailor form, Plasma has the of ability of fire and lightning. She can also power up a full charge and fires off lightning bolt projectiles at her enemies. She can breathes green fire that immensely incinerate anything in its path. Also, She moves super fast as lightning itself that her opponents can't keep up with her. Even, She can generates a green electric aura that is similar to the legendary super saiyan 2 aura protects her from any attack. As her emotions, She's very serious and known to very brutal at opponents. But with friends, She maintains her kind-hearted and well-respected nature. She also very protective of her friends at many means possible. Alongside of that, Plasma is extremely powerful with tremendous strength that give her the title " The Almighty Green Thunder". Plus, Plasma possess a green saber called the Plasma Saber, A weapon that can slash through anything including heavy metallic armor. Lastly, She has an Ultimate Finisher that will finish a battle in a less than a minute, called "Shining Plasma Grand Slash" that will her enemies in their place. Her Animal is the Green Plasma Shark that assist her at with any obstacle that she faces.
