ok as much as I hate magic school girls ( and I hate them A LOT) I made this because I needed a base like this to make a picture of super annoying sailor britney (long story don't ask) so yea...EXPLAINATION COMPLETE!!!!!

Da Rulez:

you CAN
* change colors
*genderbend
*frankendoll (as long as you still give credit even if you just use like an eye)
*change outfit
*make HUGE changes

you CAN'T:

*claim as your own
*fix it up ( as in adding shading,makeing it look more normal,ect) and then post it as a base I don't care if you give credit or ask first of anything I still consitter it stealing
*I do not want the pixel hospital fixing it (ya know that group that fixes up crappy bases and then post them like it was there base)

you HAVE TO:

*be nice (because I alredy know this base sucks)
*give credit
*link base TO THIS BASE
*have fun

OK NEW RULE don't favorite unless your going to use the base I know a ton of people already favorited it and they don't have to unfovorite it BUT SERIOUSLY NO MORE FAVEORITEING UNLESS YOU USE MY BASE I FEEL LIKE NOBODY REALLY CARES ABOUT THIS BASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
