Excuse me? That is Obstagoon. What you did is recoloring and renamed it Normaloon. Also,i'm not counting this as a fakemon because you basically used a real pokemon and claimed it as your own creating by again like I stated,recoloring it and changing its name to Normaloon. Please do your research beforehand because using a real pokemon and making this crap.
