Like Impmon, Calumon will become another partner of Takato’s, and I felt it was only fitting that the little Digimon of Digivolution gets his own line. I always felt he was the Patamon of Tamers, And I always felt he was a Rookie more than an In-Training or Baby. Calu Prayer is an attack that focuses Calumon’s energy into a small ball of energy sent at the enemy. Calu Wish is a move that heals his allies of injuries. Matrix Burst is Calumon’s strongest attack, one which its effect is unknown to even me.

Like I said, Calumon is the Patamon of Tamers in my opinion, and in turn it was only fitting that I make Calumon’s Champion form an Angel DIigmon as well. AngeCalumon is a just and brave fighter always ready for battle when needed. Calu Beam shoots a beam of purple energy at the enemy while Angel Code shoots several orbs of light at the foe. Brave Charge is when AngeCalumon is covered in a red aura and strikes down on the enemies.

DataCalumon has had an interesting change in name. Originally, he was meant to be called CrystalCalumon, but the name just did not sit well with me. I decided on DataCalumon because of his connection with Digimon Data. DataCalumon is the protector of Data, keeping the code of the Digital World in order. His Crystal Matrix attack creates a large rainbow-colored crystal that fires a multitude of beams at the enemy. Fractal Code is when he absorbs the data around him into his crystal wings and then releases them into a powerful burst of light. Data Load is when he takes the code of a Digimon he has absorbed, and uses it to use their powers.

I have to say, MatrixCalumon is one of the Digimon I’ve had the most enjoyment drawing in the longest time. Sure, I love all the Digimon I draw up, but MatriXCalumon is one who’s had a lot of trouble coming up with the final design, and I honestly can say I’m happy with the final outcome. MatrixCalumon is what happens when Calumon’s full potential is released. The blue streams of data around his wrists, ankles, and surrounding the Matrix Emblem above him is to show just how much his power effects the evolution of Digimon. In a way, he completes the triad with Beelzemon and Gallantmon. Gallantmon is the Knight, Beelzemon is the Gunner, and MatrixCalumon is the mage since all his attacks are special-based. Shinning Matrix uses the Matrix Emblem that floats above him to fire a powerful beam of energy that completely devastates his enemies. Data Force is when he uses all the data he has collected from fallen Digimon into a powerful slash of energy. Calu Wings taps into his first form’s power and releases two powerful bursts of light from each wing. Digital Evolution is his most powerful move, as it has the power to fully Digivolve, or De-Digivolve any Digimon, even the mighty Soveriegns. This attack however is a completely last option, for it drains all of MatrixCalumon’s power, and after it is used he will instantly revert into a Digiegg.
