Hello. I'm Tifa. I'm the barmaid of 7th Heaven in Sector 7 in Midgar. I'm also the 2nd in-command of Avalanche,a group of Anti-Shinra freedom fighters. I'm also pretty damn good at martial arts. Nice to be here.

I imagine the "toe ring and a few anklets" being equipment pieces you get in the game, that have stat boost effects and such XD So it makes sense for Tifa to own a few of them.
