Description

Another of Kingman's original sons: Chillard, dubbed with the official title "The Prince of Polar Weather", is a master of the ice and snow with his forging of weaponry from the ice alone with his bare hands! He took on the alias of "Winterman", based on a folklore legend of a spirit by the same name who was stated to signal the coming of Winter by an ancient tribe, when he joined his siblings in aiding his father's first conquest against JR's homeland. The reason for this name change was his plans to create a powerful winter storm to trap away any opposing armies, leading to him taking over an old tower in the mountain range.

Chillard is a master of Cryokinesis, as oppose to just shooting the traditional freeze rays, Chillard instead creates weapons such as swords, spears, shields, and even firearms from the ice he has dominion over. These special weapons are dubbed his Chill Crystals, thanks to their crystalized appearance and being just as hard as them! But creating those crystals aren't all he can do, as Chillard can even walk on the water by freezing the surface beneath his own footsteps which could even allow him to scale waterfalls if he wanted to!

Chillard is a very cold and stoic isolationist, preferring to stay in the confines of whatever place he is occupying to meditate and formulate his next move precisely. But if he is going to relax he'll be looking through one of his telescopes, looking up at the constellations of the cold night sky.
