Description
An experimental eco-terrorist robot designed with a prototype "Super Octane" formula, in order to not only cause massive forest fires, but heavy amounts of air pollution too through it's smoke. However Octane's existence was revealed to the world when the terrorist organization was accidentally caught on camera by a Amazonian Wildlife Livestream. This resulted in the capture of the entirety of the organization, except for Octane himself, leaving him to travel the continent causing as much carnage as he could!

Octane was eventually captured by Kingman forces after he blew out some of his circuitry when he ignited himself like a human torch, bringing the unstable robot in as one of his King Masters. But very quickly problems surfaced with not only his body, but his mind. Because of how early Octane was in his creation his body couldn't properly utilize the abilities he was designed with: as his own burning octane was being spat out of his mouth as oppose to his finger tips and his own body was bursting in flames whenever he went into combat mode! And the flames were so intense that they melted off the synthetic skin on his face, and scorched his body intensively. But worse was his mind, as Octane had a drive to burn and start fires, if he went even a full day without burning something, he would start burning everything! All of these issues forced the creation and implantment of a Stasis-Lock Circuit into his spinal system. At the flick of the switch, so to speak, in Kingman's gauntlet Octane's body would be completely paralyzed and his flames would be snuffed out.

Because of these reasons, most people stay away from Octane Man; even his own therapists exercise extreme caution during their sessions with him. But all you really need to do for Octane to follow you is the offer for him to burn something, which has given him a reputation of being really....stupid.
