Really liking the feet, any chance I could use them for when I revamp Kurai? Or could you at least give me some pointers?

His head is just on the exact same elevation of every frame, which looks quite unnatural.

Like I told someone I purposely lined up Zero's head to how well it transition into the next head motion, I didn't put the sprite motions in their proper position.

His body looks off. It's like his armor from Mega Man X is hanging from his neck, swinging around like... um...
As in, his chest, instead of looking like turning around, looks like it slants to the side a bit when he thrusts his right arm forward, and when his left arm thrusts forward, it disappears completely. Instead of being a round body piece that makes part of his entire upper torso, it kinda looks like a bib with the pattern of his torso having from his neck. Or some weird armor plate stapled to his shoulder pads. Or... I'll stop with these comparisons.
So yeah, I hope you see what I'm getting at and I hope you aren't weirded out by how my poorly constructed constructive criticism turned out.

I see where your coming from but in this gif animation I lined up Zero's head to show how well it transitions into to the next motion, all the Zero motions I made are not the same height some are shorter then others, if I put them in the positions their suppose to be in like in Mega Man ZX you would notice a hop to thier step as some motions are taller then others, these sprites where made and based off of Model ZX's sprites that why the chest slants ( example : sta.sh/0qi769j8tdw ) its not suppose to completely look like the X series Zero its a mixture of MMZ / ZX / and X, its based off ultimatemaverickx MMX9 style Zero artworks ultimatemaverickx.deviantart.c… .

I would've loved some punctuation in that paragraph.
Anyway, yes, I noticed these are based off the ZX sprites, but that's not the point. In ZX, their chest armor resembles a flat shirt, so it doesn't give a proper sense of tridimentional depth, making it easy to make their rotation sprites just a slanted version of the previous frame. But with MMX Zero (and UMX's redesign), his chest armor sticks out, and has a sense of depth, so it doesn't work the same way as the shirt like armor in ZX. So you have to base that part of his body on his MMX4-6 sprites, rather than the ones from the Zero/ZX series.
Other than that, it's well done.
