Description
Couple of folks I chat with wanted some giant Marianne in her swimsuit, so I had to heed the call. Sort of. It's not exactly her bikini from Fire Emblem Heroes, but for Marianne - and Hilda - I had swimsuits for the two whipped up a while back for some ideas that went nowhere, so I put them to use in this piece, so that's cool. Maybe Three Hopes will have armorbreak models or DLC for swimwear in the future or something. For this piece, I was able to return to the "Curse of the Giant Beast" storyline a bit for a little fun side-piece, which is nice, cause I'm fond of the world that collaboration story had set up, and I relish an opportunity to return to the story of the cursed-by-fate Marianne and her budding relationship with Linhardt. Anywho, please enjoy some giant Marianne in some swimwear, getting comfy with her boy-friend-maybe-boyfriend.Model shoutouts go to Ambros489 for Marianne, ShinyAegislash for Linhardt and Hilda:, cunihinx for Marianne and Hilda's bodies, arnsden for Byleth, NecroCainALX for Hilda's swimsuit, XPS-Fanatic for Marianne's swimsuit, Xelandis for Linhardt's swimsuit, and Chrissy-Tee for the scenery - thank you for all your porting and modeling work.
It had become summer in Fódlan, and for the Golden Deer House in Garreg Mach Monastery, it was a time of celebration. Due to their exceptional results in House mock battles, academic applications, and defense of the realm, Lady Rhea had granted the House a vacation excursion at a private beach in Ailell, in the Leicester Alliance territory - fittingly enough - for the students and their professor to relax themselves. For one student, however, it was anything but relaxing - Marianne von Edmund, who was cursed by her Crest since youth, had realized her vacation had lined up with a full moon, the radiant light of which had caused her to grow into a giant woman without cease every month for years, and she was certain that tonight would be no exception, on a private beach surrounded by all her peers, with little knowledge of places to successfully hide her cursed blood. There was only one other, besides her adoptive father, who knew of her secret, purely by chance - Linhardt von Hevring, a transfer from the Black Eagle House - who she could confide in, and she did as much prior to the date of the vacation trip.
"Oh, don't worry about any of that." he had told her, in response to Marianne's panics and worries. "I have my own resources and machinations in place to assist you in hiding your condition. Have some trust in me, Marianne, I promise you won't be inconvenienced."
"Easy for him to say..." Marianne had thought as she laid back in her beachside chair. She turned her head to see her supposed "trustee" dead-asleep behind her chair, out of the sunlight and napping away from all the bustle of the beach, filled with his screaming and jovial classmates. Marianne had elected to watch over him, not comfortable with being away from him on the date of a full moon, and much less comfortable with letting her exposed Crest-emblazened shoulder-blade be seen by others. Marianne ran her fingers against the swimsuit she wore - a two-piece bikini gifted to her by Linhardt, fit with a dark blue sarong - it was a piece far too revealing for her conservative tastes, but Linhardt swore it would help her enjoy the trip, so as a courtesy to her friend, she elected to wear it, but she didn't see how exposing the mark of her shame upon her back would help her to enjoy anything on this trip. Marianne groaned as Linhardt snored away, she envied his empty head sometimes.
"Heeeeeey!! Mariaaaaanne!!" Marianne turned her head to the voice of her classmate, Hilda, jumping in the surf and waving at her furiously. "Come on in! The water's excellent! You can't spend the whole day with sleepy-head Linhardt in the shade!"
"A-Ah! N-No, no, th-that's okay! I-I'm fine just staying in the shade - I-I burn easily in the sun... I-I'm okay with looking after Linhardt, h-he could be attacked by a crab..." Hilda tilted her head at Marianne's stammering and wild hand gestures.
"Whaaaaat? Oh, alright then, but we should totally swim together when it becomes night! It'll be fun!"
"Y-Yes... Fun..." Hilda, being far enough away, could not hear the sorrow dripping from Marianne's mumbling - the pink-haired Goneril gal just played happily with her friends and splashed about with such energy and vigor in her body, she had absolutely zero knowledge of Marianne's condition. Marianne just closed her eyes and drifted off, trying to catch a small rest, dreading the pushy young lass' insistence to swim with her.
When night fell, that swim never came. Almost miraculously, the entire Golden Deer House, save Marianne, was completely asleep by the time the full moon was about to rise overhead, all retreated to their shared cabana, complaining about lethargy and sleepiness before they could even set up their fire pit at dusk. Alone, with Linhardt behind her, Marianne was left to her thoughts on the dark beach, with only the waves to accompany her talks.
"I-I don't understand... They all passed out, after so much energy in the day...! I-I've seen all my classmates active in the night before, so why tonight...?" A yawn broke Marianne's thoughts, and she turned to find Linhardt groggily awakening from his slumber.
"Oh - hello Marianne. Good morning - or, perhaps, good evening is more apt, considering..." As Linhardt rubbed the sleep from his eyes, Marianne grasped his shoulders, gently helping the young lad up with the beastly strength she could feel beginning to surge in her body - the growth was about to begin.
"L-Linhardt - it's a miracle! The others, they... they were all asleep before the nightfall even came, and none have awoken yet...! J-Just what could it...?"
"Hm? Oh, that? Guess the potion must have kicked in then..."
"P-Potion...?" Linhardt rotated his shoulders, trying to kick the sleep from his system.
"Yes, it's my regular sleeping potion I take every night when I need an extra layer of defense from the world." Marianne gasped at the revelation Linhardt drugged their classmates. "Oh, don't give me that look. It's completely safe - I assure you - they'll be up in the morning, groggier than usual, perhaps, but safe all the same. They're as asleep as the dead, and I doubt your booming voice in your changed state would wake them." Linhardt put his hand to his chin and smirked. "Speaking of, do your clothes feel any tighter?"
"W-What...?" Marianne felt her Crest's curse go into effect, and her growth had kicked into gear. The sarong around her waist had tightened past the point of strain and broke apart from her hips - Marianne closed her eyes and waited for the rest of her outfit to go, and prayed that her bikini bottoms would not launch into Linhardt's face and hurt him...
But the sound of shredding fabric never came. Nor the breeze on her exposed body. Marianne opened her eyes, and to her shock, as she witnessed Linhardt and the world shrink around her, her swimsuit had not joined them, unlike her uniform at the Monastery, and every other single pair of clothes she ever owned in her life on these torturous nights. Marianne stood to her full cursed height and inspected her body, amazed at how form-fitting her clothing was.
"L-Linhardt, what is this?! D-Did you do this...?"
"I imagine you enjoy it, even if it's a little revealing. I had a nest-egg saved up for a new research manual on Crests, but I happened to know a tailor who had received, what he claimed was, a 'miracle-fabric' that could stretch to any extent... I just figured that topic would be more intriguing, as it would help me research a single Crest I have intrigue in, rather than the many I already know." Marianne looked down at the tiny classmate of hers, dumbfounded, but eventually, she cracked a rare smile and blush on her face, as she bent down to scoop her little classmate up.
"L-Linhardt...! You thought this much ahead...!" Marianne held Linhardt to her face, so he could catch a full view of her gratitude. "A-A full moon where I'm clothed... I'm so happy, this is a first for me...!"
"You can put it on under your uniform too back at the Monastery, if you'd like. I'm sure it'd be less embarrassing if you were in your smallclothes rather than nothing. I just hope this gift wasn't, you know, 'creepy' or anything, considering its purpose..." Linhardt turned his head away, trying to hide a blush on his face from the Crested giantess.
"N-No, no! Not at all! I-I appreciate this, I really do! I just... didn't expect this...!" Marianne turned her head to the waves, and watched as the stars glittered across the ocean surf breaking upon itself - she remembered Hilda's words, and began to feel a sense of longing for the water. "U-Um... Hilda wanted to swim with me, b-but I wouldn't go, and she's asleep now, s-so, um..." Linhardt coughed into his hand.
"I-If it's alright with you, then I suppose I could join you..."
"W-Wonderful...!" Marianne walked towards the ocean and gently let herself down into the waves, taking note of her little passenger, and began to swim out far into the waters, farther than a normal human would on average. She was at the point where the riptide could carry her out to see, but being so large, the currents had little effect on her, it was no different than a stream running at a standard velocity to her. Marianne flipped over and let herself float, allowing Linhardt to rest upon her belly - the lad backed up into Marianne's bikini top, trying to lean backwards, before realizing where he was and turning up to his titanic companion.
"M-May I?"
"O-Of course, I don't mind..." Linhardt leaned backwards into Marianne's bikini top - it felt almost like a hammock, he would love to sleep in it, but considering its purpose... Not a good idea. Marianne ran her finger across Linhardt's small body, gently prodding him, and giggling as he tried to move away from her embiggened digit. "Y-You know, Linhardt, I-I'm very glad you found out about my curse, in hindsight. Y-You've done so much to help me. I wish every full moon night could be like this..."
"W-Well, it could be." Linhardt replied. "Y-You know, as long as we're together."
"W-Well, yes, if we're together... Linhardt, what do you mean by that...?"
"W-Well... I-It's nothing. I'm just glad we became friends, is all."
"F-Friends... I like that..."
Marianne let herself recline into the ocean, letting her chest fall with her, and the two Golden Deer students watched the stars together amid the ocean's waves and salty sea air...
It was a great vacation.
