Objective Four - Phase One
The Race

"Breaking free of the labyrinth of stones, the big, dark stallion willed more energy into his legs, pushing on as quickly as he could. He lengthened his stride, the muscles in his substantial hindquarters and wide shoulders coiling and rippling under his sweat-and-rain-slicked coat. Heavy breaths billowed from his nose, and he tucked his head to get some more momentum behind him! Suddenly, out of the corner of his eye, that little grullo streak caught his attention- way ahead! Bishop’s ears snapped up in surprise, eyes widening as he watched Ozzer plow onward. How in the world-?!

He had no time to ponder how, now was time to run! The big bay stallion summed up whatever energy he had left, pushing himself harder as he lunged forward, thundering across the lush, open plain. His great hooves tore up clumps of damp earth, powerful neck arched forward as he fought to catch up to the fleeing form of his peer.

It was going to be close!"

Seriously, omg. This is my FIRST EVER legitimate background attempt, and I am so FECKING PROUD of this thing. I'm kind of disappointed that the rocks got eaten by the mist, and all of Bishop's shading got eaten because he's just so dark, but I love how Ozzer looks rofl. Ugghhh I was in such a panic throughout but I'm glad of how well it turned out!
