Here is a screenshot of the battle against RainbowMan. Notice how I've re-worked some of the sprites since then.Please ask me before using any of my pictures.
I don't own the MegaMan series. It belongs to CAPCOM.

I'd say that those clouds don't fit in. Too bright or something.

They are the exact same color as before. They are supposed to flash really fast to make them look transparent a little bit though.

Toadman would be jealous. Rainbowman acctully uses his rain power effectively.
