You might not know this but I have studied in cartoon animation back in the beginning of the 2000s.Of course now I don't work in that field so it's been a long time since I animated something.
So here I took a scene from the Ranma 1/2 TV series, took Shampoo's run cycle and cleaned it up.
It originally had only 6 frames so I doubled the frame count and of course made the colors, line and shading better.
Let me know what you think. I will probably make more animations like this in the future.
This is done in Photoshop until I can get Clip Studio Paint at some point.

Also she was burnt in her first series, where everyone wanted the bubbly energetic girl rather than main girl.

You mean Urusei Yatsura?
Oh yeah! The thing that blows my mind with Urusei Yatsura is what the hell do the girls find attractive in Ataru? He's worthless! He has no redeeming qualities! At least Ranma, who can be a jerk sometimes, is still strong and overall a good person so it makes sense that girls like him. But Ataru... From what I've read , he's just an idiot!

I looked up the episode in question on Youtube and took screenshots of each frame of the cycle, then put them in Photoshop animation. (I also already had the episode in DVD but looking it up on Youtube was faster)

Then I redrew everything on transparent layers and added one in-between sketch between each existing frame.
After making sure it looked good while animated, then I polished each frame including the new ones and did the coloring.
I finished by cleaning up the frames that had oddities/mistakes and adding little details like the clothes moving and a bit of breast physics.

I'd like to see Shampoo's dress style adapted into a long sleeved leotard and soft comfy Chinese style satin ballet slippers. She could also wear fishnet tights.

I'm especially interested in seeing the original, because I think DA screwed up the GIF file. When I view it in Firefox, it plays just fine. But when I view it in my PC's image viewer (Irfanview) it plays extremely fast. Editing it in Photoshop shows that there is no timing information in the frames. It seems like it's supposed to have a frame delay of about .08 seconds, but somehow that info is gone. I'm thinking that DA may have stripped it.

Also, there seems to be something wrong with your site's SSL configuration. Those links you've pasted get converted by DA into https:// URLs, but those don't work on your site. Only http:// ones do. It's odd.

I didn't know you studied animation, this looks like something straight out of an anime! The only thing I find a bit odd is (stay with me for a second) that Shampoo's left foot looks identical to her right. I think her toes should be visible considering they'd be facing towards the "camera" rather than away from it. Does that make sense?

The main reason I ended up not working in animation was because I wanted drawing to remain for fun for me.
Most of the things I draw here are driven by my feelings. I don't know for example if I would have the drive to animate all the other characters for an episode. I know you were kidding but I just wanted to explain that.
