I can agree with most of these. Definitely Gen 1, 2, 3 and 6 to all of them. I would probably choose others for Gen 4 and 5 but that's because theres so many to choose from for those gens. But Mega Roserade

Snorlax needs a mega. I want him to become a boss again. Also flygon, flygon's one of the coolest dragon's ever and is my favorite, but he's not that strong.

Yeah. Ironically enough, I don't think any Gen 6 Pokemon need Mega Evolutions. Diancie just happens to be the likely exception. Unova, on the other hand, needs at least seven more of them, particularly Scrafty, Hydreigon, and Klinklang.
What if the Mega Klinklang were a train, and Mega Hydreigon got Mega Launcher as a reference to its beta design? Scrafty, on the other hand, could reamin the punk iguana that it already is.

Kanto and Hoenn have too many Pokemon that can Mega Evolve.
I'd like to see a Mega of a Joke Character, such as Delibird. Give it Vital Spirit, 125 base Attack, and 105 base Speed. it will hopefully wreck things in the lower tiers. It's good as a late-game cleaner, but don't bring it out too early, as it is very frail, and relies on STABs with 60- power.

I'm actually surprised Milotoc didn't get a mega in ORAS given the gneral and GF love for it. Though that said, I think going forward every fully-evolved 'mon will be getting a primal or mega so it's only a matter of time.
Mega Samurott as Water and Fighting, going full samurai, would be beastly. It's criminal that it wasn't part fighting in the first place
