I like what you've got going with these trainers. If she's the electric type gym leader, I'd bet she'd have a really fun gym.

Probably, maybe at night it's on top of a skyscraper in a club, and in the day it's underground in .. another club XD

Two gyms, and the leader just hops between the two during the time of day. Heck, that actually sounds really cool! xD

That's indeed a cool idea! 
I could also imagine the player standing on giant disc records that rotate as you press different buttons so that you have to find a way to navigate through the arena by spinning into the right direction.
And while an electric gym really would fit best, I'd also love to see her having a Loudred in her team!

It's fun making gym leaders. Black and White really opened up the potential of what a Gym can be, I think.
