The concept I chose was the urban legend Sewer Gator, how families would bring home cute little baby gators and when they got too big they would flush them down the toilet and in the Sewer they would grow to massive size. I also added in the other mystery that with all the toxic sludge in the sewer that the gator would also mutate into something more monstrous.

As for how it would evolve, I was thinking maybe for him to evolve it would be a release method. You release Nipnaw from the PC, then it would turn up the same level but evolved in a Sewer like in Castelia City, or anywhere else that has toxic conditions. A release method of evolution kinda sounds cool, and it would only take 1 pokeball to catch back. Or maybe just level it up in the sewer? xD not sure
