Personality: kind, silly, and lay back but can be very sassy, gets annoyed with dickish people and he can very unpredictable duel to his lighting nature.

Power and Abilities: He is the embodiment if lighting, he can run at lighting speed, create or absorb electricity and magnetic himself to metal objects.

Backstory: Cobalt was a 15 year old human boy with a mother that was a brilliant scientists in robotics. One day a terrible lighting storm came to Cobalt's school, a young child was trying to get their bike unchain. Cobalt took notice of them, he also took notice of this odd feeling that this kid was in danger, almost as if he can feel the lighting is about to strike. He ran toward them without thinking and then quickly pushes them out of the way, the next thing he felt was a million volts electricity travelling his body and the next thing he sees is a bright light. When he came to he'd realizes that was dead and now in the after life, the angels took notice of his good deed and chose to be new spirit of lighting. He gone through some intense training, earning halos for each test that he have past. Before he could earn a higher rank from "spirit of lighting" to the "angel of lighting" he suddenly woke up inside a pod, he'd kick it open to get out. It didn't took him long to realize that he was back in the world of the living. He spotted a old woman on a desk and realizes that it is his mother, he'd shook her as she slow wakes up. She was happy to see that all her years of hard work finally paid off, she finally got to see her son again...one last time. But before she could explain how she brought him back to the living she'd passes away from years of stress and a broken heart. Cobalt didn't won't to let her hard work go to waste and stay decided to in the living world.
