that's partly true, Soundwave was once in love with Airachnid who, in turn tore his eyes out and most of his face to sell to Unicron for her spider powers that's why he wears the visor and has a grudge against Airachnid.

The writer also seemed to have an... Unsettling attraction to airachnid. The writer had a face book page but it had only one video
And it was of a man in a leather jacket mumbling some Russian folk song while sitting in a hammock. Then in mid 2012 the face book page and the deviantart account just vanished. Never to be seen again. I think the user name was long and said something about Charlie sheen but that's all I got.

I also remember he had not once replied to anything on his messages at all and people seemed really mad at this guy for something. So I asked a person about what happened and my computer went psycho. Weird, huh?

I always thought that Soundwave is so much more. The way he treats his little petdrone, the silent walking trough his life and always being for himself gave me the clue that he is really different from the other Cons. Your picture just prove it
