Something me and conceived.Wanted to do something like this for a while. Basucally, the Voltorb is acting like a van der graff generator. Misty's hair is longer for no reason as well.

sigh another short hair girl drawn with long...sorry I just have this thing were I think there are more then enough girls with log why make the short ones long..sorry if it sounds like Iam flaming. I do think this is well drawn and kinda funny though. The Voltorb looks awsome too
