This was episode 80 of my Bits & Bytes webcomic.

This was all about King (Candy Crusg Saga) trademarketing the word "Candy" and basically harrassing every other App developer who happened to use the word "Candy" in their games. What's more, they also went to say that Stoic should change the "Saga" of their "The Banner Saga" title because "people might confuse our games."

Here we see Mr. Toffee complaining about a certain word... and then being told in a very definite way the main reason Candy Crush and The Banner Saga are really not that much alike.
