the real design is slightly different than this tho, this one is kinda hard to make as well--
btw his full name is Cecil Faulkner uvu (yes its male again ehuehue)
he's unfortunately blind (but not 100% completely blind), and because of that he's quite strong in his other senses especially listening
and he affiliated to Garrison together with Joakim~ i sorta ship them with a bit of guilt
