You did a great job on the shading of the cloth; it looks so real! (I just decided that this comment needed a random toilet)

really really cool composion on this!
I love how you made the cloth slightly brighter than her face. adds a nice element.
the shading on her face could be a little more defined - when toning is too smooth it tends to blend together too much and lose definition.
great job!

Wow, thank you very much for the detailed feedback. I really appreciate that!
I totally agree with you on the blending. I need to get better utensils that just a mechanical pencil, lol.
I think it would make a big difference with the shading and definition.

no problem
I really don't think you need to change your technique all that much, you already have a fantastic drawing style! and personally, I love mechanical pencils. never have to sharpen them, and they always make really fine, dark lines when you need them. *such a nerd*
however, a nice set of graphites is always handy good luck!

Thank you so much!
It's nice to know im not the only one out there who loves mechanical pencils, lol. They are so convenient and easy to use.
And hey, being a nerd isnt a bad thing. Dorks and nerds have more fun anyway, lol.

There's nothing wrong with the face, the cloth just looks more finished. Or has a greater contrast, because the stripes are so black. The detail still looks great, like the eyelashes.
