did u download the file from the sta.sh

if that doesn't work then:

copy the seperate (or whatever)
go in mspaint and pick the red in 'edit colors' (the red in the the basic one won't work)
fill in the background with the red
go to ezimba.com, upload the file, and click transparent
type in FF0000 and convert
save image
