positive: Ai's best quality is how she will never give up and how she's almost always smiling, " Life's storms prove the strength of our Anchors." is a saying she lives by, that no matter how hard things may get as long as she's still standing, she wont give up. She takes criticism well, taking them as words she can use to further improve herself and how she lives, she wont let failures bring her down instead she takes them as a challenge to do better.
empathetic: she's very concerned about other people and their well being, she vibes of other peoples emotions, and she tends to read situations well. So she wont crack a joke while you're crying, or going through an emotional break down, unless she's trying to cheer you up.
friendly: she is friendly! open to meeting new people, she is easy to approach and is unbiased (except to close friends) she hardly raises her voice and looks at everyone as if they are all on the same level but of course she treat people older than her with more respect. She also believes in good Karma, so you give respect to get respect.

When she isn't busy acting like a dork she busy being your mom. Due to how she was raised she had to grow up fast to take care of her father. She becomes very attentive and affectionate to those that she dotes over and will tend to want to be around them more and make them feel loved.

dry humor: She has a horrible sense of humor,very dry, so, so dry and Ai is very aware of that so she usually make fun of her own joke and enjoys telling /bad/ jokes to people in hopes of them one day being funny. She might be inappropriate when she tells these jokes, but she means no ill will to those that are graced by her humor.
insecure: Tho she act's like someone with buckets of confidence but Ai is actually insecure of a lot of things concerning herself and what she is actually capable of, she feels as if people would judge her if she did something wrong, in turn, she usually makes fun of her own faults to act like they don't bother her or to give the impression of someone that is carefree. She is also very insecure about the scar on her right cheek and usually tries to hide this with her hair. She hardly see's her own self worth.
secretive: She wont actively talk about herself and usually keeps her feelings to herself, thinking that she shouldn't concern others with them. She doesn't want to be a burden to others and because of how she was raised up, she felt as if she didn't need other people to hear her thoughts to make her feel better or more secure of herself. When she does feel overwhelmed by her thought or feelings, she would go to the beach or forest to detach herself from everyone.
HISTORY:
Ai's mother pasted away shortly after giving birth to her, and since that day her father has resented her thinking that she took away the life of the person he loved. Growing up wasn't the easy for her seeing as her father didn't really care much about her and tried his best to avoid her around the house, but he wasn't completely heartless so he still 'took care' of her in a sense, probably because she resembled her mother so much he just couldn't throw her out. Growing up Ai tried her best to get her fathers approval, she made sure to cook for him, do the chores around the house, care for him when he came home, and when sick.. because despite how she was being treated, she loved her father very dearly and just hoped that maybe he would too one day. She didn't leave near any of her relatives too so she had no where else to go, some of her aunts from her mothers side reached out to her and tried to take Ai back with them because they didn't like how she was being treated, but she just would never abandon her father,she felt like that would be too cruel to leave him with no one after she took away his wife.
She comes from a town and family of sailors seeing as her town was surrounded by the ocean, but unlike her family that loved the sea and everything about it ,she didn't, especially squid or octopus and she wasn't so keen on the life that was set for her she just couldn't see herself on the deck of a ship in 10 years, because she had a passion for something else, which was cooking, she only began to love cooking and baking while trying to support her father and seeing that even though her father wouldn't eat anything she made at the beginning he slowly began to eat her cooking, even though he never ate in front of her, he would still eat it and as she got older her father started telling her to eat with him even if it was just in silence, she thought that cooking was bring them together.
one day while doing some earns, a flyer was caught by the wind and landed on her face

it read off the top, Ai raised a brow not sure what this was but answered in her brain with a 'yes' as she continued to read the rest of what was written
"The city life not giving you fulfillment? Or maybe you'd just like a nice place to settle down? Looking for your 'home'?

after reading everything she hid the flyer in her pocket.
A few days passed after she got the flyer, she didn't think much about it even though the thought of moving away and perusing her dream was nice she knew that she couldn't leave her father alone, so she hid the flyer, in a sense making up her mind to stay in her current town. Her father saw the piece of paper and asked Ai what it was about, she explained that it was nothing and she just picked it up one a few days ago, her father told her that she didn't have to stay with him anymore, after all she was old enough and he knew that she wanted to pursue other things, her father gave her his blessings to move on and thanked her for all the years that she spend taking care of him even though he wasn't a very good father to her. He knew it was to late for him to make it up to her but he promised to keep in touch with her and to visit her in Toffee town in the future.
A few weeks later she all set to go she said her goodbyes as her father saw her off, she boarded on a ferry to arrive at the main land, then on to the Eclair Express on her way to her new life where she could live out her dreams. Tho the space between her and her father is greater now, they have gotten closer so they send letters to each other constantly.

- she has a very big appetite, you could say she makes sure that there aren't any leftovers.
- she has a resting smiling face, which is convenient when faced with rude people as she is capable of smiling thought almost any situation it takes a lot for her to get mad.
- she's usually around extracts and usually smells like vanilla or cake and has no use for perfume.
- likes to give people home cooked meals.
- She has an extremely soft spot for children or people that she can dote over and take care of. Tends to be very affectionate.
- like everyone she has her 'off' days, she spends these days alone and away from everyone, she would probably be around flowers or the ocean, since it's always been her safe zone.
- Has a scar on her left cheek, and right side of her body, she makes sure keep them hidden.
- Ai has never been in a romantic relationship before since it was never something she had an immediate interest for, so most of her relationships will be either be; platonic or one where she is a maternal figure.
