...and allow the darkness to consume you.I've been contemplating on starting a new photo series, that I would like to title, "Consumed." Basically, this is just a preview of the basic idea.

I thoroughly enjoy dark themed art work, as reflected in some of my writings. But, I like to balance both melancholy images, with darker images. Personally, I would like to illustrate my "sinister," side, because I love the emotion.

only the hand seems a bit misplaced, maybe because of the crop.

I understand. Actually, it is the way in which the camera was set, in a "portrait," position. Technically I did not crop it all, but I understand what you are saying.

Thank you, I actually was contemplating whether or not the hand actually fit the crop, yet I came to the conclusion that having that element added to the overall concept I wished to express, and without it, it would seem a little empty. I don't know, maybe I'll remove it later...
