Description
In the past few days I have discovered the wonder that is Elfen Lied, and so naturally I wanted to be able to draw a picture to show my love
However, it hasn't turned out quite as expected and I think it needs a hella lot more work, so I thought I'd post it and ask for any ideas....

These are just my thoughts...
I'd make the line down the middle a little more definate, to signify the 2 personalities more
Also the horns look like ears to me ^.^;
Just an idea... Since Nyu cut her hair I'd make Nyu's hair short while Lucy's hair longer. Like I said just an idea...
A bit more color work and I think you got an awesome picture!!

yeah i was worried about the line not being defined enough, and i'm definitely gonna add more colour to it, i was thinking maybe a few more hands in the behind them and a dark red background behind that - cuz when i think of the anime blood is one of the first things to come to mind...
i also want to make lucy's eye that little bit more evil, possibly with more shadow, or perhaps a red glint of light in the middle?
As for the horns i'll defo try to make them more horn-like and need to add blood to lucy's, from where it got broken away.

OOooOO very nice ideas... An yes the blood definately must flow for this anime 
For Lucy's eye to appear more evil, I would arc the eyebrow into more of a downward angle to make her look more POed.... her look strikes me as evil but not that POed evil when i think of lucy... The red glint would definately add to the effect too ^.^
