Description
First of all, yes, this is a real form of Chao you can raise in the garden without hacks.
Raise the flight stat enough that the child will evolve to Hero Flight type, then raise all the stats equally from that point on.
It's not easy, but this Flight-Balance type is very cute to me, so this will be her final design aside from alternation of accessories.
Narrowing it down from four 'feathers' to just two simplifies her design, making it easier to draw her consistently, and she still resembles a moth somewhat so I don't mind the less details.
Plus being 'balanced' fits my character, so it's just natural.

I will still be using the other design, just for a different character.
