I'll stay here....sleeping, waiting, tempted to remain forever this way, just for you...
I did this a while ago like.......a week or something (before I knew about my hand, which is feeling a little better now -- marginally) and I just remembered I had it. XD
I was intending to write an entire paragraph on this.....but then........I got lazy.

I honestly don't know how without making it still look like it was made in traditional media. I do clean up a little on MsPaint. But I'm completely clueless with my Paint Shop Pro.

Do you have any basic programs that can change the tint, saturation, brightness, contrast etc? (I'm sure you do)
I find my best bet is to just toy around with the contrast and brightness for a little bit. Usually it works out, also, doing it on a big scan in, then resizing it to make it smaller helps.
Everything is really blotchy when its big and stuff.
