Okay...So here is the completed version
It is a fanart piece for AlmaGemela's fanfic 'Road to Rohan' At Fanfiction. net [link]
This particular scene is from chapter 19, and it is as Gimli is watching after Legolas and Rem as they are walking hand in hand back to Edoras
it is a very sweet scene. And the minute I read it I knew that I had to draw itI tried color this time (I know its amazing). Im not a great colorist but Im happy with how it came out. I might try more color in the future

wooooow , ur so good at these things , how do u get all the colors to blend so they don't seem like... out of place cause when i color i always mess it up

Ummm, it's kinda weird to describe, it's easy when I do it but I've not really had to describe it...but what I do is start with a color and lighten the pressure I put on the color pencil as I go. Then I take the other color and do the same thing from the other direction till they blend in the middle.
I hope that's not too confusing

oh i see it's like the dot painting where u only use dots so that far away it looks like one picture? i forget the name of that type of painting, but yeah i get it, i'll try it out some time, when ever i get realy motivated because it looks like u put alot of time into ur picture

It's not really like the dot thing. It's kinda hard to describe but more like shading and blending with color

Is it weird that this picture, the main character being Legolas (and Rem), would make me like Γomer a whole lot more? *is hypnotized by the golden fields*

Other than the fact that I don't know if Rem would be caught dead with her corset on the outside of her dress or not, the whole thing looks fantastic.

yeah, I was contemplating the corset especially after I glanced back through the chapter, but I thought it would make her dress less boring, since I went with black. Gives pic more color, variation, and visual
