Description
This is for the Legion Of the Precursor Saga, in which it tells how the internet community's Interdimensional Defense Task Force: The Dimension Marshalls, is founded.Part 2 of 3 of X9 Origins: The moment where the X9 expose the New Squidbeak Splatoon, and the process of founding the Dimension Marshalls.

Legend: Greetings, dear viewer. Legend here again. You have found part 2 of my recordings. So here we go...
(The Video then shows the next part of the Origins story. This is where Pearl and Marina/Off the Hook comes in.)
Legend (narration voice): You may have known also that Pearl and Marina, as of Octo Expansion , have made white lies about "octoling hairstyles" to keep the Octolings from ever having another conflict with the Inklings, but after everyone heard what I have to say about the New Squidbeak Splatoon, that is about to change.
(In the Video segment, Pearl and Marina, in their casual Octo Expansion Outfits as MC.Princess and DJ_Hyperfresh, have received a live broadcast message.)
Pearl (MC.Princess): *notices the notification on Marina's phone* Huh? Who would send such a message?
Marina (DJ_Hyperfresh): *notices the notification on her phone* Well, let's find out...
(The two respond to the notification, and a Livestream video of Legend pops up. Also, thousands of Inkling and Octoling Smartphones and television screens, including the announcement screens, also have the Livestream video of Legend!)
Legend (Livestream Broadcast): Greetings, denizens of Inkopolis.
Pearl (MC.Princess): Wait... That's...
Marina (DJ_Hyperfresh): That could be...
Legend (Livestream Broadcast): I am Legend, leader of the X9. You may not know why I am broadcasting this, but it's a very important message to all.
(Thousands of Inklings and Octolings were taking notice, and they were asking themselves about the situation. Callie and Marie, trying to relieve themselves of the earlier drama, also took notice.)
Callie: *notices Legend's Livestream Broadcast* Wha...
Marie: *notices Legend's Livestream Broadcast* Legend?!
(Legend, on the Livestream Broadcast, starts his speech.)
Legend (Livestream Broadcast): You may have not noticed it yet, but the Squid sisters you think you may have known, are actually Agents 1 and 2, granddaughters of Cap'n Cuttlefish.
Squid Sisters: *horrified gasp* ...!
Off the Hook: *horrified and shocked* What was...?
(All around, the Inklings and Octolings watching were noticing the exposition!)
Anon Inklings and Octolings: "What?!" "I can't believe this!" "Is this even possible?"
Legend (Livestream Broadcast): Also, during the dawn of the "awesome haircuts," the ones sporting those hairstyles are actually octolings! And they are helped by Off the Hook, aka. MC.Princess and DJ_Hyperfresh!
Off the Hook: *horrified and shocked* WHAT?!
Pearl (MC.Princess): Legend... How... How could you...
Anon Inkling: "Wait..." *points to an octoling* You're an Octoling this entire time?!
Anon Octoling: ("Uh, Oh.")
Legend (Livestream Broadcast): But wait, fellow Inklings and Octolings, and both the Squd Sisters and Off the Hook...
Anon Inklings and Octolings: "Huh?"
Off the Hook: Wha...?
Squid Sisters: Huh?
Legend (Livestream Broadcast): You think I would spread this message just to throw this world into another Great Turf War, right? Well, that's incorrect. I sought to make peace with the Octolings, but DJ Octavio was the piece of trash that was in our way!
Pearl (MC.Princess): Where is Legend going with this?
Marina (DJ_Hyperfresh): I dunno...
Legend (Livestream Broadcast): You peep this: *shows the footage of him finally killing DJ Octavio and the demise of Commander Tartar* If it weren't for me, the true step of achieving peace between our races would be lost. But now, we have a chance!
Anon Inklings and Octolings: "What is he saying?" "I hope it's for the best..."
Legend (Livestream Broadcast): Even though DJ Octavio and Commander Tartar are gone, we cannot just fight Inkling vs Octoling like in the Great Turf War! We will fight as one! We will fight anything bad that comes in our way!
Callie: Whoa. Seems Legend is good at being a persuasive speaker just as much as being a fighter!
Marie: I guess that's the reason why he wanted to quit: To help strengthen the public and make them battle-ready!
(Then, Fans of Callie and Marie speak to them through one of the Squid Sisters' smartphones!)
Anon Squid Sister Fan Inklings: "You're awesome, Agent 1/Callie!" "You too agent 2/Marie!"
(Then, an anon octoling came to encourage Off the Hook!)
Anon Octoling: MC.Princess and DJ_Hyperfresh, Me and Legend support you all the way!
Pearl (MC.Princess): *giggles*
Marina (DJ_Hyperfresh): *blushes*
Legend (Livestream Broadcast): Every evil we will face will not stand for their crimes! Together, we will take them on! Who's with me?
Anon Inklings and Octolings: Yeah!
Legend (Livestream Broadcast): One More Time you all: WHO'S WITH ME?!
(Then, to the surprise to both idol duos of Inkopolis, the Inklings and Octolings are cheering!)
Anon Inklings and Octolings: YEAH!!! LEGEND! LEGEND! LEGEND! LEGEND! LEGEND! LEGEND! LEGEND! LEGEND! LEGEND! LEGEND! LEGEND! LEGEND! LEGEND! LEGEND!
(After both idol duos of Inkopolis, the Squid Sisters and Off the Hook, are encouraged by both Legend's speech and the cheers of the crowd, they consider their options, and...)
Callie: I guess Legend isn't so bad after all...
Marie: I agree, Callie.
(Marie notices a new call! She Answers it.)
Marie: *answers her phone* Hello?
Marina (DJ_Hyperfresh): *calls from her phone* Hello, Marie, Let's meet up with Legend...

The Origins will be concluded...
(Note: I don't hate Off the Hook, either. Most stories better have a good origin story.)
