Description
First part of my Ty comic. Takes place after Ty 3 and I suppose just before Boomerang Blast (based on outfits).

If anyone is still interested in this, I probably won't be returning to it. I did write down my vague plans I had if anyone's interested in the story.

Part 2: Sly is approached by Tabi. She scoffs about the play, calling it trash. She offers him partnership, with promises of excitement of the "old days", and a flirty touch to his chin. She leaves via a waiting massive airship. Sly is visibly intrigued, watching after the ship as it departs. Naomi approaches Sly from behind, the play is over. She apologizes for it not being his thing, asks if he's okay, he looks strange...

Part 3: It's before morning, Sly is asleep. He wakes with a start, and after sleep clears he looks very decisive. He packs a few things. He passes Shazza's house and gazes at her window with a longing look. He turns towards the gates to leave and doesn't look back. In the morning Naomi is worrying in Sly's room, he's missing, she cries. Shazza finds and comforts her.

Part 4: Sly is met by Tabi at Carlos' old base. He's accepting her offer, "of course you are." She strokes his face but then scratches him, Sly recoils angrily and hurt. She laughs at him, scolding him for not being fast enough or expecting it. She tells him he's gone soft and needs to train. They need to have each other’s backs because they only have each other. She explains Carlos' death, how she hated him and his greedy eyes.

Part 5: Some time has passed. They go to meet Cass, they need to be allied. Sly grabs Cass by the neck, he wasn’t expecting it, he’s old and out of practice. “We’re going to do things /my way/ now, Cass.” Sly is angry about his childhood with him, he feels Cass owes him. Cass agrees with the hand on his throat. “Whatever you want!”
Part 6: More time has passed. Back at New Burramudgee Ty receives a message from Cass about his missing brother (presumed kidnapped). The message said to come alone. So he goes alone. Ty lies to Shazza about what he’s doing (“Going out to look for Sly again”), he doesn’t want her coming after him and put in danger. He doesn’t know Shazza follows him secretly anyway.
Part 7: Ty arrives at the meeting spot, a tall windy mesa. No one is here to meet him. He hears a motor high above, and a chain and anchor is dropped heavily in front of him. Sly descends dramatically. They have some words, Ty is confused. As he realizes what’s going on he is trapped by Tabi from behind, she binds him. They take him into the ship and depart. The mesa is still and quiet.
Part 8: The mesa stirs as a ribbon of red floats down, lands gently. It’s Ty’s scarf. Shazza appears, out of breath, seething after the retreating ship. She finds Ty’s scarf and holds it dear. She stands with purpose against the open sky and vows to save Ty. Ridge and Brolga appear behind her, they’d followed her. Shazza won’t be doing this alone. [end of first series]

The second series was going to be mostly about Shazza being strong and badass and smart and she saves Ty. Sly realizes he was out of line again after Shaz yells at him for being an idiot.
