.....=stares at you= um...personally I think it looks good... and you are suffering from artist's denial, where you believe it sucks but in truth it shows promise of greatness. For example: Hair is usually the hardest thing to get and usually people leave it with only one color with maybe a little bit of shading. Yours not only have a good levels of shading, but how you created gives it a feel of more realistic feel to it. To be truthful it looks like how I create hair
But seriously 90% of my work I believe sucks compared to a lot of the work that I have seen. From this picture think of it as a stepping stone on which you will improve your ability and create better and better art 
ALSO remember 90% of people can only draw stick figures... and sadly I've seen a poll that actually shows this as fact.

All I can say sweets is that I believe that all artist who have true potential suffer from this. It means that since we strive to create a piece that looks good to our eyes it means that in fact the piece to other would be one of utter greatness.
So keep drawing (ps sketch at least one thing everyday and remember every single piece is another step at becoming better)

Its ok, but seriously there are a lot of really good artists that suffer from Artist's denial though so no worries just keep drawing
