The summer before last, I had a brief stay in a mental institution after a suicide attempt.
I want to hang this on my locker at my high school and go "look, everyone, this is how you make me feel."
I can't even try to do this picture justice using words, so I'll just say that it's COOL. Love the greens. +Favorite.

from the cryptic description this appears to have some inner depth hidden away within it, i'd say that it speaks a powerful message, through the short desc and the amazing imagery. My favorite part about this picture is the texture of the surface, it is not whole, perfect, but more shattered and in disarray.

I like the faded out, scratched look, yet the figure is very crisp, but the background is blurred and faded...almost like a memory. You have a very nice illustration style. Great work.

I love the colours and I can really appreciate this piece as a whole, but I don't like the main character so much as it seems to much like other things I've seen.

This little guy is absolutely amazing. Of course, I thought it was a Jack Skeleton fan fic at first...but oh well. I love what you did with the colors and the overall art or if. Very well done!

Um... dare I say, wtf? First of all, a more descriptive description would be appreciated. The title says "For all the geeks" and I can't find a damn thing in this picture that's for the geeks. A lot of people said something about the Nightmare Before Christmas, but because nothing is said in the description about if it is Jack Skellington, it is debateable. I don't think it is Jack, because Jack's legs are longer and he doesn't have wings and his head is shaped differently, etc.
Regardless, the description doesn't describe or explain the picture, and the title doesn't either. On top of that, the bottom of his shoes are cropped off, and we are left wondering what the foreground object on the left is. The background and dirty effects are nice, but I wish the background was a bit more in focus. All in all, it's not a bad drawing, per se, but the lack of effective description + lack of meaningful title + minor problems with the drawing itself + amount of attention this deviation has received = not such a good impression. I guess I'm wondering... did the title alone carry this picture to the top?
